Why an on the day coordinator is a solid investment

Picture this: it’s 7am on your wedding day. Someone from your bridal party is doing a coffee run, your hair and makeup team are about to arrive and you’re excited for the day ahead… until your phone rings. It’s the venue asking you to confirm something about a delivery later that day. You answer the question and move on.

You start getting your makeup done… and your phone rings again. This time it’s the hire company wanting to know about loading dock access at your venue. You have no idea so have to call your venue coordinator and then call your hire company back to confirm.

Your hair gets done and you’re getting photos of you getting dressed when your phone rings again…. the venue is letting you know that the hire company accidentally forgot to unload the last box of plates so you have to call them to go back and drop off.

You’re getting into your limo and the phone rings AGAIN… this time it’s your Aunt Susan wondering where she should park for the ceremony 🤯

I think you get where I’m going with this. Even if you don’t hire a wedding planner, please hire an on the day coordinator 🙏🏼 Because I guarantee the last thing you want to be doing on your wedding day is answering questions and solving spot fires. Hiring an on the day coordinator means you’ve got a safe set of hands (and ears!) to answer questions, troubleshoot any issues and make sure everything runs as it should.

We shield you from any stress, have all the random emergency items you might need on the day (hello bug spray, a sewing kit and soda water for red wine stains 💁🏻‍♀️) We’re kinda like your fairy godmother, and having someone like that on ground means that you can relax and enjoy the party 🥂

Want to chat about how I can make your meticulously planned day absolutely seamless? I have a handful of dates left for 2021, and avails early 2022, book a consult call now and let’s get this party started.
