What is CCC?
The Cottesloe Civic Centre (CCC) is one of Perth's most iconic heritage venues, located in the coastal suburb of Cottesloe. Set on beautifully landscaped grounds overlooking the Indian Ocean, the Spanish Mission-style building is surrounded by lush gardens, grand staircases, mature Norfolk Island pine trees, and sweeping ocean views. Originally built as a private residence in the late 1800s, the site now serves as the Town of Cottesloe's civic headquarters while also hosting weddings, community events, concerts, and private functions.
Why is it a sought-after wedding venue?
Cottesloe Civic Centre is one of Western Australia's most popular outdoor wedding venues because it combines heritage architecture with spectacular coastal scenery in a single location. Couples are drawn to its panoramic ocean views, manicured gardens, elegant stone staircases, and timeless architecture, all of which provide stunning backdrops for ceremonies and wedding photography.
The venue also offers a variety of ceremony spaces, allowing couples to choose settings that suit both intimate and larger celebrations. Its central location, close proximity to Cottesloe Beach, and dedicated event booking options make it a convenient and memorable choice for weddings throughout the year.
